What information do you need to design our annual training plan?

We start from your organisational goals, technical standards, job descriptions and existing training materials. Together we review current skill gaps, regulatory requirements and priorities, then use this input to structure an annual technical training roadmap.

How do you analyse job roles and competency needs?

Bilimsoft links each job role to a set of technical competencies and behaviours. We classify what must be known at onboarding, what should be refreshed annually and what is needed for advanced or supervisory roles, then align training modules to these levels.
